Amsterdam unveiled plans Saturday to close brothels, sex shops and marijuana cafes in its ancient city center as part of a major effort to drive organized crime out of the tourist haven.

- The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; General welfare does not mean a welfare state. That was already argued in SCOTUS.

- The government has the authority under the constitution to fund national defense. It does NOT have the authority to fund a "national health care system". Maybe Kucinich should consider reading the constitution that he has sworn to uphold and he could avoid asking stupid questions.
